Communities
The Bay Area — and Where I Work
"Silicon Valley" and "the Bay Area" get used interchangeably — but they are not quite the same thing. Silicon Valley refers to the tech-dense corridor running roughly from Menlo Park and Palo Alto south through Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Santa Clara and San Jose. The Bay Area is the larger region: the nine counties surrounding San Francisco Bay, including the Peninsula, the South Bay, the East Bay and the Tri-Valley. I work across all of it.
"My practice spans the Peninsula, South Bay, East Bay and Tri-Valley — because tech families increasingly do too. Wherever the search leads, I know the market."
